After graduating, Jess spent 3 years in a small animal clinic further north on the Gold Coast, before she joined the Twin Towns team in January 2020.

Jess is a highly skilled nurse and uses her specialised knowledge to co-ordinate our busy surgical case load. Jess is passionate about best practice standards in anaesthesia and in the surgical theatre. As she settles into the role of leading our team at the back end of the hospital, Jess takes great pride in ensuring we have the latest technology, equipment and training to meet our patient’s needs.

An excellent teacher, Jess also enthusiastically takes responsibility for our student placement program, mentoring the next cohort of professional veterinary nurses.

Jess shares her home with “Oreo” the cat and when not at work she spends her time surfing.
