Nurse Del kicked off her animal career studying Zoology at The University of Manchester in the UK. Deciding to take a more hands on and care driven approach to animals, she then trained to become a vet nurse and completed her Certificate IV with TAFE QLD in October 2022. Del had already travelled to Australia from her home country Wales in 2017 and from there decided to chase her dreams of sun, sand and surf here on the Gold Coast. Del brings with her a wealth of knowledge from various corners on the world. Her broad experience and commitment to continual learning ensure that every patient receives top-notch care.

When Del isn’t in the clinic, you’ll find her surfing the local waves from Currumbin down to beautiful Byron Bay. She shares her home with her tiny Toy Poodle, Ellie, who she absolutely adores.
